Meet Wesley
Having lived in Northern Virginia his whole life, Wesley started his real estate career as a full-time agent in 2017. He took to the business like a fish to water, quickly taking on dozens of clients and closing millions worth of real estate each year. In 2019 Wesley started Bethel Homes with the desire run a team with a mission: to guide people through a smooth moving experience, and to give back to those not fortunate enough to have a home.
Wesley is an active member of Loudoun County. He helps admin the Western Loudoun Community Connect (WLCC) Facebook page, and can be found any day in a local coffee shop working and chatting with the locals. Wesley has a background working in the hospitality business; through this he found that serving people was something he was passionate about, and found purpose in. Wesley’s faith in God holds him to a high standard of diligence and ethics that he’ll practice on anyone he has the opportunity to serve. He is an active person that can often be found running cross country, hiking, and rocking-climbing. This sort of, “go, go, go” attitude comes out in his career as a full-time Realtor.
Meet Tommy
Service has always been at the heart of Tommy Jackson’s life, and he brings that same passion and dedication to his work at Pearson Smith Realty. After moving to Northern Virginia to marry the love of his life, he knows firsthand what it’s like to go through big life changes and find the right place to call home. Inspired by his own experience, Tommy started his career in real estate to help others navigate their journeys with confidence—whether that means buying, selling, or finding the right rental. His approachable style and attention to detail make the process easy for his clients every step of the way.
Over the last decade, Tommy has worked with nearly a dozen nonprofit organizations, deepening his passion for serving others. This love of nonprofit work is what drew him to the Bethel Homes team, where he is excited to combine his career in real estate with a mission-driven approach. Through Bethel Homes’s “Buy One, Build One” program, a portion of every transaction goes toward building homes for families in need around the world. Being part of this vision allows Tommy to not only guide clients locally but also contribute to something life-changing globally.
Outside of real estate, Tommy is an avid reader who enjoys deep conversations about business and economics. He’s also passionate about the local coffee scene and loves discovering new shops and roasters. An active lifestyle is important to him as well—whether it’s playing or watching sports, Tommy brings the same energy and enthusiasm to the field that he does to serving his clients.
